Debt Explained is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Pence as Senior Legal Specialist.
Jennifer has practised law for more than a decade in the capital markets in London. A dual-qualified (US/England & Wales) high yield specialist, she has advised numerous financial institutions and non-US companies on securities law aspects of debt and equity issuances, including US Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and Section 4(a)(2) private placements. Jennifer has extensive experience drafting and negotiating high yield covenants and multi layered and instrument debt structures for both issuers and underwriters .
Before joining Debt Explained, Jennifer spent six years at Latham & Watkins in their high yield team as well as practising corporate finance law with CMS and Reed Smith.

She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School before moving to London to join Latham & Watkins.
